1. Phlebotomist for home sample collection

No. of position - 02
Experience – min. 2-3 years or above
Education – DMLT / MLT / Any relevant healthcare certification preferred
Skills Required- Good knowledge of sample collection procedures including blood, urine, and other diagnostic specimens. Ability to handle samples safely and maintain proper labeling and documentation. Knowledge of infection control practices and laboratory safety standards. Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Responsible for collecting diagnostic samples from patients following standard protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection.
  • Label and document all samples accurately to avoid errors.
  • Maintain hygiene and follow infection control guidelines during sample collection.
  • Coordinate with laboratory staff for proper sample processing.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients during the sample collection process.

3. Medical Transcriptionist

No. of position - 02
Experience – min. 2-3 years or above
Education – Any Graduate / Diploma or Certification in Medical Transcription preferred
Skills Required- Strong listening and typing skills with good knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to accurately transcribe medical reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure high attention to detail. Good command of English grammar, proofreading skills, and familiarity with medical transcription software and electronic health records (EHR).

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Responsible for accurately transcribing medical dictations from doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Convert voice recordings of medical reports into written documents.
  • Review and edit transcription drafts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports with high accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors and laboratory staff for clarification of medical terms if required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital or laboratory transcription guidelines.

4. MD Microbiologist

No. of position - 01
Experience – min. 2-3 years or above
Education – MD (Microbiology)
Skills Required- Strong knowledge of clinical microbiology procedures, diagnostic protocols, infection control practices, and laboratory quality standards. Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills required.

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Responsible for reporting and validation of microbiology test results.
  • Supervise routine and specialized microbiology investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with NABL/quality standards and SOPs.
  • Guide and monitor laboratory technicians in sample processing and testing.
  • Review culture reports, sensitivity patterns, and critical results.
  • Ensure proper documentation, quality control, and infection control practices.
  • Coordinate with clinicians for timely and accurate reporting.

5. EEG, NCS Technician

No. of position - 01
Experience – min. 2-3 years or above
Education – Diploma / Degree in Neuro Technology or relevant certification
Skills Required- Good knowledge of EEG and Nerve Conduction Studies, patient handling skills, equipment handling, documentation, and basic computer skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Perform EEG and NCS procedures as per standard protocols.
  • Prepare patients before procedures and explain the test process clearly.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate EEG and NCS equipment.
  • Ensure accurate data recording and preliminary documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the procedure area.
  • Coordinate with doctors for scheduling and reporting requirements.

6. Lab Technician
No. of positions - 15 Nos.
Experience – min. 1-2 years or above
Education - DMLT / BSc in MLT
Skills Required – Good verbal and written skills required.Lab Technical skills and soft skills knowledge required. Roles and Responsibilities –
  • Should be responsible for assigned activities in the department.
  • Should be responsible for collecting the sample as per the Sample collection manual.
  • Should be responsible for preserving the sample as directed by the Senior Laboratory Technologist.
  • Should process the samples as per the Standard Operating procedure.
  • Should forward the processed samples for verification by Senior Technologists.
  • Should be responsible for upkeep, maintenance of equipment and will notify the Senior Technician/AQM/DQM about any malfunction, repair etc.
  • Should ensure that the reagents, consumables and other resources are well maintained, accounted for and preserved in the respective section.
  • He/ She will perform other related duties commensurate with the job and as instructed bytheSeniorTechnician/AQM/DQM/QM/Pathologist/Biochemist/Microbiologist/TM /Lab Director.

7. Customer Service (Billing and Tele callers)

No. of position - 25 Nos.
Experience – min. 1-2 years or above
Education – Diploma / Under Graduate in any stream
Skills Required- Computer Knowledge (Basic MS Office), Tally/ CRM and typing skills required. Good verbal communication is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Responsible for registration of the patients, scanning of the prescriptions, handling of cash, guiding the patients to respective departments.
  • Responsible for handling patient enquires over the phone or in-house
  • Responsible for giving appointments for different consultants (online & manual)
  • One should be aware of the quality standards (ISO & NABL)
